Ryan has been my personal trainer for more than 10 years. He is great at encouraging and helping you to push beyond your comfort zone. With his help, I completed a marathon and participated in three Spartan races. Thanks to him, I'm in the best physical condition of my life.
Over the last 2 years, I have come to realize just how important it is to meet with Ryan twice a week. At 68, my body needs coaching whether it is in person (Covid says no right now) or virtually via FaceTime or WhatsApp. He is extremely knowledgeable... I take him with me no matter where I am.
Ryan White has been my trainer for 8 years for good reason. Having had some experience with other trainers, I can say that Ryan is extremely good at what he does. He structures workouts so that you progress from where you are and which bolster mobility, balance, stamina and strength, including core. My workouts have been structured to work specific parts of the body, affecting the whole body in stages with routines that are replaced regularly and well-explained. Because he is so good at assessing your condition and needs, I have had almost no injuries. It is a testimony to him that I went from 23% body fat to 11% without much weight loss. That means I replaced body fat with muscle. I am now 76 and in the best condition of my life and I attribute that to Ryan White.
Ryan White is an awesome trainer! I was not much into gyms before meeting Ryan, but after 8 years of weekly training and daily workouts, I’m a believer! At first, I was a little skeptical but quickly realized the benefits of my new physical activity lifestyle. For me his training is challenging, creative and fun. My strength and mobility have improved greatly, and my body fat has dropped significantly. Friends and even strangers have commented that I look fit and am in exceptional condition. I couldn’t have accomplished where I am today without Ryan. His enthusiasm and compassion for fitness combined with his extensive/broad fitness knowledge has made this journey a very beneficial, fun lifestyle.

Personal training was the best decision I could have made.
