50-Minute Virtual Personal Training Sessions (Remote): We move beyond the traditional “brick and mortar” gym concept to meet you virtually where you’re at. This service enables clients to work with a coach when they’re away from the gym—traveling for work, on vacation, taking care of kids at home, and much more. We can easily accommodate clients with limited space and equipment. We maintain the same quality standards that are applied to our In-Person sessions for those who wish to train remotely. Expect detailed exercise programming to guide you in between sessions. We coach, cue, encourage and motivate clients through Zoom.
50-Minute Personal Training Sessions (In-Person): We strategically implement the combinations of movements that are best suited for you. We teach the power of posture, determine the proper amount of volume (reps and amount of weight), and we tailor the appropriate frequency and necessary intensity to maximize results. Expect more than a workout. Expect detailed exercise programming consisting of several variables – consistency, discipline, volume, intensity, frequency, and proper progressions and regressions. You will receive exercise programming to follow in between sessions. We'll work together to enhance performance.
Fuel the mind and body. Expect implementation of evidence-based processes that have been proven to be both safe and effective to ensure you reach your goals.

We feel better when we’re able to move better. With enough information, corrective exercises and alignment techniques, we can solve the dysfunction that limits us from reaching our full movement potential. Increasing energy and performance, improving posture, managing pain, and preventing injury with regular effective movement is our goal. When considering ways to improve movement, consider skill related components such as - Power, Speed, Agility, Coordination, Balance, and Reaction Time. Basic Movement Programs includes these 7 Functional Movement Patterns: squat, lunge, push, pull, hinge, twist, and walk. These movements can be modified in accordance to one’s preconditions. Tackling small goals can help create the momentum necessary for sustainable, positive change.
A healthy sustainable method of eating can improve focus, optimize training, enhance recovery and improve performance. In order to maximize results, one must live a healthy lifestyle which includes proper nourishment. Small positive adjustments in your nutrition can substantially improve your results. When we consider maximizing results through nutrition, we want to focus on things like energy balance (Calories In vs Out), macronutrients (Proteins, Carbohydrates, and Fat), micronutrients (required vitamins and minerals), supplementation (fill voids to eliminate vitamin and mineral deficiencies) and hydration (sufficient H20). Tackling small goals can help create the momentum necessary for sustainable, positive change.
To get the most out of our bodies we must also focus on regeneration and restoration. Taking time to rest, reflect, and recover gives us the means to connect and give more to what matters. We can revitalize our minds and bodies through methods such as sufficient sleep, therapeutic exercise, myofascial release, static and dynamic stretches, corrective exercise, focused breathing techniques, and temperature therapy.
