For over a decade, through more than 30,000 hours, Ryan has helped hundreds of clients and trainers reach their full potential. He has devoted his career to helping people sustain progress through the focus on a growth mindset, the teaching of proper movement patterns, optimal nutrition habits, and necessary recovery tactics. Ryan has experience working with clients from many demographics. He has worked with recreational athletes, bodybuilders, runners, youth, active agers, pre/post- natal, clients pursuing weight loss goals, clients in need of rehabilitative and corrective work, and clients looking to enhance performance.

Are you guys open still?

Yes, we are indeed open. However we do enforce safety regulations to keep everyone safe. Please disinfect before every equipment use. Wear a Mask when walking around. Please Social Distance. We also have sanitization stations available for use. 

  • Members and guests are required to wear a mask at all times for their safety and the safety of others.
  • All team members will have completed extensive training related to our enhanced cleanliness and sanitization policies and procedures.
  • Thorough cleaning will be conducted using disinfectant on the EPA list effective against COVID-19.
  • Numerous sanitization stations will be available throughout the gym for member use.
  • Touchless check-in is available via the free Moventous Check-in app. Simply download the app in advance and scan when you arrive to the club.
  • Signage will be placed throughout the club that highlights our sanitization guidelines.

What are you doing to keep us safe at the gym?

We’re committed to keeping your facility clean and safe. We have extremely high cleanliness and sanitization standards in place.

 We conduct regular and thorough cleaning of all equipment, surfaces, and areas of the club and regularly complete deep cleanings. 

Team members will receive daily temperature checks and wear a mask during their shift.

We have set up multiple sanitization stations for everyones use.

Frequently asked questions we get at Moventous.

What do I do if I am unable to attend my scheduled personal training appointment?

You must proactively cancel a scheduled training session 24 hours in advance. If you don’t show up or cancel your session within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged for the session. If you are unable to attend your appointment and need to reschedule, please contact your trainer.

Can I get a refund for my personal training?

You are entitled to a 3-day cooling off period. If you notify Mōventous within your cooling off period, you will receive a full refund. Please review your Personal Training agreement to understand the details of your cooling off period.

Do I have to be a member to purchase personal training?

No, you do not need to be a Mōventous member to purchase personal training. Becoming a member does grant you a reduced rate on personal training.

Where and how do we check in at the club?

All members in good standing check in via mobile app at the front door.

Can I bring a guest to work out with me?

Yes. Mōventous encourages all members to bring friends and family to work out with them. You can get a free guest pass for your guest’s first workout. Guests must be over 18 or 12 years old with a parent/guardian. Guest must show a valid photo ID and sign a release form prior to using the club.

I’d like to update my credit card. How do I change my payment details?

If you would like to change payment settings, update billing or change the credit card on your account, please do so through our app or in club. ABC Financial hosts all payment information and processing for Mōventous, and they will help you update payment methods and billing information.

What is your policy on children? Can I bring my kid when I work out?

We do not offer child care or daycare. For that reason, our child policy does not allow for children under 12 to be present with their parent while working out unless the child is a member in our system and meets our minimum age requirements, (12 years of age).

What services auto reload?

Virtual and Regular Personal Training and Nutritional Coaching.  (Monthly Auto Pay – Packages will reload on a monthly basis, starting one month after the begin date and again on the same date each month thereafter while your agreement is in effect. Your monthly program rate shall apply each month until receipt of your request to cancel your Personal Training Service Agreement; any unused sessions shall remain valid for their applicable 6-month expiration period. Client must request to cancel upcoming program reload at least 3 days prior to the scheduled tap date to prevent being charged.)

Can I transfer my Gym Membership

Gym memberships cannot be transferred to another person.

Does Mōventous have free Wifi?

We do offer Wifi in club. Don’t hesitate to ask your club if you do not find the login information readily posted.

Any form of discounts?

We do! We are happy to offer verified medical professionals, first responders, nurses and military members a discount on their membership. Our community is our priority.

How long do I have to use my personal training sessions?

All personal training sessions must be used within 6 months of the purchase date.

My Key Fob is not working. What should I do?

Shoot, you’re locked out! Reach out to your club ASAP and they can help figure out what’s going on.  Your club will be able to help you find a solution.
